This five-bedroom, six-bathroom home perches at the peak of the coveted Highlands neighborhood, overlooking the Breckenridge Golf Club. Coined as “mod-dustrial,” by the owners, the home’s design blends natural elements, industrial features and contemporary lines. The eight-foot, custom walnut and steel front door opens to reveal a spacious foyer that flows into the kitchen, dining and living spaces. A three-tier flagstone patio wraps the corner dining space and includes a hot tub, firepit and panoramic views of the Ten Mile Mountain Range.
Rustic, white oak flooring exudes warmth throughout, while reclaimed barn wood accents walls. Custom steel I-beams with wire-brushed wood inlays standout amidst the neutral, clean lined finishes carrying weight and style from room to room. The kitchen features a leathered granite island, custom hot-rolled steel hood and unique hand-cast bronze Rocky Mountain Hardware on cabinets and doors.
Each bedroom was designed as its own master suite and includes an on-suite bath equipped with steam shower and stereo system. The bunkroom boasts a custom, three-level bunk with ski cable railings and a two-level twin-over-queen, sleeping seven total.
Other special touches include an intimate wine cellar and tasting room that huddles beneath the main stair. All finishes, furnishings, upholstery, bedding and accessories were custom-designed and curated by Collective Design Group.
