Several years ago, Pinnacle began documenting and creating the “Pinnacle Project Manual”, a field manager’s detailed guide and checklist for every step of the construction process. We realized early on that we had a vast array of knowledge across our project managers (site superintendents – those directly responsible for construction execution in the field). And while we felt it was understandable – and inevitable – to make a mistake on occasion,
we certainly didn’t want to make the same mistake multiple times!
Our manual has grown to include countless detailed checklists, reminders, field notes, and “Pinnacle Standards” that guide every step of construction to our level of excellence. We continually update the manual, and our project managers are actually compensated based upon their input.
