As a result, we have developed multiple systems that allow our clients to stay abreast of our progress throughout construction, in addition to providing visual examples of progress. As an aid to our Client Email Updates, we have


created private photo galleries for all clients on Pinnacle’s private website. One effective tool is our “Weekly Client Update”. Every week, our project managers summarize progress, provide site photos, update clients on design decisions and upcoming needs, detail any budget changes that may have occurred, and set expectations for what’s on the horizon.
